Feather Oaks Lager - 4% ABV
Feather Oaks Lager is our take on a classic, easy-drinking beer—crisp, balanced, and endlessly refreshing. Brewed on the farm, under the oaks and designed for long afternoons at The Hub, it’s light enough to keep you cool and flavorful enough to keep you coming back for another.
Hypnotoad - 6% ABV
All hail Hypnotoad.
This hazy IPA is loaded with juicy citrus and tropical hops, with a smooth, easy finish that sneaks up on you. Inspired by founder Evan’s TCU Horned Frogs roots, it’s brewed under the oaks and designed to keep you coming back for another.
Chill Bill - 5% ABV
Chill Bill is a blonde ale that keeps things simple in the best way, smooth, light, and refreshingly crisp with just a touch of malt sweetness. Brewed under the oaks and made for kicking back, it’s your go-to when the plan is to take it easy, Bills fans might feel right at home.
OUR STORY
Feather Oaks Brewing was born under the same oaks that have made The Hub at Feather Oaks a favorite gathering place for so many.

The idea started simply. Owner Scott Carruthers and his son Evan wanted to create a beer that felt as unique and special as The Hub itself. Not just something to pour, but something that truly belonged here.
​
Both have a deep love for beer and an obsession with getting the flavor just right. That passion took them across the Southeast, visiting breweries, tasting everything they could, and learning from the craft along the way. Each stop helped shape their vision and refine their approach.
​
What came out of that journey is Feather Oaks Brewing. A lineup of beers designed to complement the experience of being here, sitting under the oaks, surrounded by good people, and staying just a little longer than planned.

Every beer we brew is rooted in that idea. Thoughtful, approachable, and made to bring people together.
